You do not need a GP referral. You may refer yourself, by contacting me via this website, or our email addresses and telephone. Referrals from GPs and mental health agencies are accepted, as are referrals from insurance providers and local companies.

Fees to the public are at present £70 per session

Concessionary rates for those on low income are £50 per session

Fees for supervision are £70 per hour, and for trainee therapists £50 per hour

Fees for Organisations are agreed on referral

Sessions are between 50-60 minutes in duration. I see adults and young people over as long a period as is required or possible. After an initial exploratory session, clients are usually offered five consecutive weekly sessions.

During the last session the work is reviewed, and it is decided whether further sessions are needed/wanted. At this point, we may agree to meet for 4-6 more sessions and make a new plan for our work together.

It is important to review, so that the aims, wishes and needs of clients are always kept in focus and that financial resources are carefully used. I try to be flexible to ensure that I provide continuing and responsive care to my clients.
